In order to add an Individual or a Family to the Directory you will need Administrative Access to the Directory.
- To add a Contact to the Directory, Select the Directory Tile and then choose New Contact.
- When you choose New Contact this does not create a family profile for them, only a profile.
- New Contact can be used for Organizations or for first time visitors.
- Once inside the Profile you can begin to fill out the information.
- Select the New Family button.
- New Family will create a Family Profile and will add profiles for all of the individuals that you place within the First Name slot. Be sure to separate all of the names with a comma.
Once you have added a Family, you can type the family name into the search bar of the directory to edit any additional family information.
