Catchy right? I know, that's what we thought too. But more importantly, it embodies the whole purpose of what we're doing here. In this section you'll learn about our process that's specifically designed to get your church up and going with Seraphim in a realistic timeline while meeting your goals. Ultimately, we want to help your church progress to a place where you're not working for Seraphim Office, but Seraphim Office is working for you.
From a 30,000 foot view, our process can be broken down into 4 simple phases:
- Try it: During this phase, we'll introduce you to Seraphim and you'll see what you can do for your church.
- Build it: We'll help you configure Seraphim to your needs, and migrate your data.
- Learn it: You'll get to know Seraphim and learn what you need to be successful and effective.
- Run it: You'll manage your system and work with support for continued success.
Try it (Trial) : The great thing about this phase? You've most likely already completed it! Doesn't it feel great to check something off your list? If you're like most of our churches, you just spent about 30 days giving Seraphim a test drive. Now that the trial is over, and you've been introduced to some of our key features and what Seraphim has to offer, It's now time to go to the "Build it" phase.
Build it (Implementation/Migration): After you've completed the trial, you will enter the second phase of our process. During this time, our dedicated implementation specialists and migration experts will work with you to build out the foundations of your Seraphim system. This is possibly the most crucial part of your journey to using Seraphim. You will be introduced to some foundational elements and structures of the system, so that we can ensure that your church starts off on the right foot. If you think of our whole process as building a house, this is where we lay the foundation and framing. Why think about window treatments if you don't have any walls?
Learn it (Training): Following the implementation phase, we'll teach you key processes and best practices to make sure that you're getting the most successful experience with Seraphim. During this phase your ministry directors, finance administrators, and volunteer staff will learn how to use the parts of the program that most pertain to their responsibilities. You will be assigned a designated training expert who will work with you on the areas of the program that you need to know, and provide you with the materials you need to onboard your church successfully.
Run it: The whole goal of our process is to ensure that you have a successful experience with our software. Part of that success if putting you in the driver's seat, and empowering you and your church to manage your Seraphim platform. After the "Learn it" phase, our hope is that you and your team feel comfortable with Seraphim, so that you are able to think critically about how you can further improve your church through our software. Someone once said that involvement breeds ownership. We want you to 'own' your Seraphim database, so that you don't have to worry about
