Discovery Call (1): During this call, the implementer will review our process with you. We'll discuss the project plan, and will begin to start scheduling implementation and migration discussions.
Implementation Discussions (4): The implementer will then work with you to schedule 4 "Process" calls. Your implementer will also send you 4 process forms. The first form must be completed prior to the first call, the second form completed before the second call, etc. These forms are designed to collect your basic process information so that your implementer can discuss your processes within the context of how Seraphim works.
Migration Discussions (2+): While these Process calls are taking place, you will also schedule 2 migration calls with your implementation specialist. The first call will describe our migration process in detail, and will also start you off on the right foot on how to get your data to us. After this time, you will begin collecting your data. You will then send this information to us, we will review your information, and have any follow up discussions that are necessary.
Data Quality Discussions (1+): During this time we'll focus on data quality. If your data was clean and thorough when you sent it over to us, this should not take long. There may be some adjustments that need to take place during this time to make sure that you're starting off your Seraphim Database in the best place possible.
Training Discussions: (9+): At this point your implementation has been completed, and you will move from working with your implementer to working with your learning expert. They will work with you to schedule training meetings with the various members of your staff that need to be trained on the primary items in the system that they need to know. Our trainings have been split out into 9 separate sessions. I know this may seem like a lot, but remember, not every person has to be at every training. Below you will find the General topics of each training session.
- Training #1: Basic Concepts and Directory
- Training #2: Events and Events Management
- Training #3: Finance and Online Giving
- Training #4: Safe Check-in and Attendance
- Training #5: Communications
- Training #6: Small Groups
- Training #7: Workflows and Onboarding
- Training #8: Volunteer Management
- Training #9: Church App
Go Live Discussion (1): After training has been completed, we'll assess where we are currently at with your trainings, and how you feel about moving out of training, and into your cadence structure.
Cadences: Because we care about your success with the program, we'll continue to meet with you on a regular basis. We would like to meet weekly for 6 weeks, to catch up and see how things are going and go over any material that you may need a refresher on. then we'll move to bi-weekly cadences. Once you're really comfortable with things, we'll schedule monthly meetings to make sure that you're continuing in your success with our program.
