What are Rooms?
'Rooms' allow you to create a visual representation of physical locations in your church. Rooms are an important part of events and are an integral role in Safe Check-in. All classes should be associated with a Room in Seraphim. The room number can then be printed on all check-in labels for safety procedures.
How to Build a Room
- Go to the FACILITIES Tile
- Click on ADD NEW ROOM
- Select the campus and building this room will be associated with.
- Enter a room name
- Make sure to enter the max occupancy for this room
- Hit SAVE when you're done!
Now, this room will be available when assigning class properties to groups in the Directory. This room number will also print on Safe Check-in labels if your church has elected to print locations on tags.
