There are various places in Seraphim where you can upload images, such as:
- Individual Profiles
- Family Profiles
- Check-in station backgrounds
When you upload a photo in one of these places, your "file explorer" will pop up to so you can select which photo you'd like to upload. After you navigate to the right location, lo and behold, your pictures are nowhere to be found!
This is because there are several different file types associated with images. Seraphim supports two main types of image files: .PNG files, and .JPG files. Most likely, if you go to the appropriate folder and don't see your photos for selection, all you need to do is select the other file type in the file explorer.
See, in this photo below, you'll see that we're in the "Safe Check-in" folder. Also note the dropdown box in the bottom right corner of the screen is selected to PNG files.
Now, if we change the drop-down box to JPG files, you'll see the list of pictures changes entirely!
We're still in the same folder location, we're just filtering our view of what file types we're viewing. If you don't see the pictures you want to, try changing the drop down menu to the other file type that's available to find your desired photo.
