Soon after coming on as a Seraphim partner, you'll want to add your colleagues and staff members to Seraphim as well. There are many different roles in a church office, and we support a process to add your staff specifically to the modules they will need access to. These steps will assist you in onboarding them to your Seraphim community, as well as giving them access to the correct modules.
1. First, you'll want to invite your staff to create a Username/Password to access the software.

2. After you send your staff members their Onboarding invitation, you'll also want to send out an accompanying email with browser/OS access information. Here's a download link for a template you could use!
3. After they've logged on, you'll be able to set up what permissions your staff members have.

Following these steps will have your staff logged on in no time!
