In order for you to have the best Teller experience possible, we have pushed out an update. Usually you would be able to click on the Update button on the login screen of Teller, but since this is a framework update, you will need to run this through the Teller updater. This update is required in order to continue using Teller.
- The Teller Updater can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Seraphim Software\Teller
- Scroll down the bottom of the list and you will be able to view the Updater application
- Double click on the Updater application (icon highlighted in the picture above)
- This will run the Teller update and once you have completed this process you will be able to continue using Teller just like you were before
This is a quick process and will take less than five minutes per computer. If your IT manager has placed permissions on who can update files on these computers (a common practice - and a good one), you may need their help to do this.
